    We’ll agree on what feels most important to explore or work on that day that will bring you closer to your goal.

    We'll dig into what's coming up for you, explore perspectives, and uncover tools or strategies that feel right for you.

  • Action Steps

    When you're ready, we'll map out manageable steps to help you move forward between sessions.

  • Reflection

    We’ll end with a few minutes to reflect and capture any insights, shifts, or intentions for next time.

The outline above gives you a general idea of what a session might include, but every session will be focused around what you need on the day. This means some sessions might feel more practical and action-focused, while others may involve exploring deeper patterns or working through old stories that are holding you back. Both are equally important in helping you make changes!

  1. Free half an hour conversation: We’ll use the first session to see if we are a good fit and to identify your goal.

  2. Logistics: Based on your goal, we’ll schedule either 6 or 9 one hour meetings either online or in person in London. Sessions can take place every 2–3 weeks.

  3. Cost:

    • Each session costs £50

    • Discounts available for those in financial need — we can discuss this during our initial call.
