About me

The most important ingredient in a successful coaching session is the relationship between the coach and the client. If you don't feel comfortable opening up to your coach, it's much harder to make meaningful progress. That's why I offer a free chemistry call. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, for you to ask any questions, and for both of us to decide whether we'd be a good fit.

Over the last nine years, I've worked with many children and young people aged 3 to 18 in schools. That experience has taught me far more than how to teach. It has taught me how to really listen, not just to the words I hear but to what lies beneath them. It has taught me patience, curiosity, and the importance of making people feel heard.

A little while ago, my friends and I were talking about what we each thought our best qualities were. They all said the same thing: that they could tell me absolutely anything and never feel judged. That meant a lot to me because it's exactly how I want every client to feel.

There is always a reason behind a behaviour, a thought pattern, or a situation. My role isn't to tell you what to do or to judge the choices you've made. It's to help you understand what's going on, work through the difficult bits together, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I also believe we're all perfectly imperfect humans trying to do the best we can with what we've got.

Teaching showed me how much I enjoy helping people grow. Life coaching gave me a way to do that with adults who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. I loved it from the word go, and it quickly became a genuine passion. If I can help you leave our sessions feeling clearer, more confident, then I've done my job.
